A perfect treat at the Four Seasons

I had the amazing opportunity to visit La Dame de Pic at the Four Seasons Hotel and it was exquisite. Service was delightful, food was incredibly tasty and the company was of course, enjoyable. We began with Gin & Tonics, as you do... mine was a Japanese floral number which I definitely recommend. The first dish was a crab dish, made with mayonnaise on a blackcurrant & elderflower jelly. Next came beautiful little pasta parcels made with courgettes, and I think with Savarin cheese inside. These were so tasty, I ate them so fast! This Scottish salmon marinated in honey was so tender, almost melting in my mouth. Next came the roasted pigeon, with a beetroot jus and decorated with edible flowers. It was cooked to absolute perfection. Next came the deserts: Comparing the texture of this one to a cloud, I savoured every mouthful.
